A Home Inspection is a VISUAL examination of the structural and
operational components of the home performed by a trained
professional. The inspection is conducted with fairness and
objectivity. The written report identifies visible defects and/or
conditions that may affect the function of the home.  An Inspector
will be at your home for about 2 to 3 hours depending on the size of
the home.  You are encouraged to follow the Inspector step by step.
We want you to see for yourself and ask questions!  After all, it is
your home or future home!  Twenty-four hours after the completion
of the inspection you will receive a detailed inspection report that
gives the inspector's opinion of the home as viewed on the day of
the inspection.  You are free to contact the Inspector any time with
questions about your report. We want you to fully understand the
inspector's findings.
